Dear Patients

Palliative care hub contact number has now changed to 111 option 4 in Bedfordshire.

If you are in Lavendon or Bozeat you will need to call from a mobile device on the Wi-Fi. You can call via WhatsApp.

  1. Call 111
  2. Press 1 for England
  3. Press 2 and say ‘Bedford’ (you need to say Bedford to get option 4, it does not matter where you live)
  4. Say ‘yes’ if the system heard you correctly
  5. Press 4 for Palliative care team
  6. You will be connected to the team
